Role Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of on-site brand strategies for our charity clients. Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences for upcoming campaigns. Coordinate events and fundraising activities, ensuring successful execution and engagement. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for improvements. Develop promotional calendars to ensure timely messaging and outreach. Forge and maintain relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and community partners. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings. Support fundraising efforts through donor communication. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy. Contribute ideas and strategies during team meetings to enhance charity branding efforts. Qualifications Passion for social causes and community engagement. Experience with fundraising or non-profit organizations is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Understanding of analytics tools to measure campaign performance. Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with various stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
