Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Supervisor to support a highly regarded long-term care and skilled nursing community in Meadville, PA. This individual will provide clinical leadership during overnight operations, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective supervision of nursing staff. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with prior leadership experience and a passion for serving the geriatric population. The schedule is a consistent night shift with no weekend requirement.

Hours: 10pm - 6:30am

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor nursing staff during overnight shifts.

Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight as needed.

Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and discharge planning activities.

Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards.

Monitor staffing levels and help ensure appropriate coverage based on resident needs.

Communicate effectively with residents, family members, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams.

Skills and Requirements

Active Pennsylvania RN license.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

BSN preferred.

Previous experience in a nursing home, skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, or hospital setting.

Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience.
