Your Role: As a Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to attract, identify, and hire top talent that supports the Company\'s rapid business growth. This role focuses on proactive talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and full-cycle recruitment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will serve as a strategic recruiting partner by building strong talent pipelines, identifying high-quality candidates, and driving efficient hiring processes across robotics, consumer electronics, and other key business functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support. Proactively source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on robotics, consumer electronics, engineering, and technical positions. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies. Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with HR BP, hiring managers, and interview teams to facilitate efficient hiring decisions. Track recruiting activities, maintain accurate candidate records, and generate recruiting reports using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and networking activities as needed. Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruiting processes to enhance hiring quality, speed, and efficiency. Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring activities within the robotics and consumer electronics industries. Basic Qualifications: Experience: 3–5 years of recruiting experience in an executive search firm, recruiting agency, RPO, or corporate recruiting environment. Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms. Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting for robotics, consumer electronics, automotive, hardware, software, engineering, or other technology-related positions. Communication: Strong interpersonal, interviewing, and relationship-building skills. Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously. Technology: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and standard recruiting tools. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing business priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for robotics, AI, autonomous driving, electric vehicle (EV), or consumer electronics companies. Previous experience in an executive search firm or technology recruiting agency. Experience hiring both technical and business professionals. Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and recruiting best practices. Experience supporting high-growth startups or rapidly scaling organizations. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
