Lead Woodshop Production Associate

The Lead Woodshop Production Associate will build custom wooden crates based on customer specifications while supporting daily shop operations, quality standards, and production goals. We're looking for someone who Is comfortable using hand tools and basic carpentry techniques Demonstrates strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Is dependable and able to work in a fast-paced production environment Can follow customer specifications and assembly instructions accurately Works well independently and as part of a team Is comfortable assisting with material handling and inventory support Can physically lift materials up to 50lbs What you'll do Build durable, high-quality wooden crates based on customer specifications Use hand tools and basic carpentry skills to complete assembly tasks Follow quality standards and production guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with material handling and inventory support as needed Support daily production goals and deadlines Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow #J-18808-Ljbffr SlingShot Connections
