Client Intake and Conflicts Specialist

Downtown Dallas | Hybrid (2 Remote Days After 90 Days)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a prestigious downtown Dallas law firm to identify a Client Intake and Conflicts Specialist to join its Risk Management and New Business Intake team. This is a high-visibility role supporting attorneys and firm leadership through conflict checks, new matter intake, risk assessment, and client matter management.

• $72,000 - $75,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct conflict searches and analyze conflict results for new business and lateral hires
• Partner with attorneys and the General Counsel's office to resolve conflict issues
• Open new client and matter files and maintain accurate client/matter records
• Manage billing setup, matter maintenance, transfers, and closures
• Respond to intake and conflicts-related inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of law firm experience in conflicts, new business intake, risk management, or related functions
• Strong experience reviewing and analyzing conflict search results
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience with Elite 3E, Intapp/Open, or comparable systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
