About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL B Driver for a local, on-site assignment supporting operations in Melrose Park. This position involves transporting portable storage containers to and from customer locations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and service.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $26 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Wednesday or Thursday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Assignment: Six-month assignment
Employment Type: Long-term flexible
Start Date: August 17, 2026

Job Details

Freight: Portable storage containers
Handling: No-touch
Work Environment: On-site

Key Responsibilities

Transport portable storage containers to and from customer locations in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
Provide professional and dependable service at customer locations.

Minimum Requirements

Valid CDL B license.
Experience: 0+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
