About the Role:
Better And Beyond Family Care in Cleveland, OH is looking for a passionate and experienced RN or LPN who is certified to teach STNA/CNA training courses. Responsibilities:

• Deliver state-approved STNA/CNA training curriculum to students in a classroom and clinical setting
• Develop and update lesson plans, course materials, and competency evaluations
• Provide hands-on skills instruction and supervise clinical practice sessions
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning outcomes
• Ensure compliance with Ohio state regulations and certification requirements for STNA/CNA programs
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and documentation for 80 hours training 
• Serve as a mentor and professional role model for aspiring nursing assistants

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio
• Current state certification to instruct STNA or CNA training programs
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Ohio STNA/CNA curriculum standards and competency testing requirements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all applicable state requirements
