Job Description First Christian Church in Iola, KS are looking for a Family/Youth Pastor with a real pioneering spirit – someone ready to build from the ground up. Someone who isn’t afraid of a difficult challenge, a self-starter, requires minimal supervision, committed to the long-haul and able to think outside the box. Most importantly; a real servant’s heart and a spiritual desire to reach lost sheep and share the love of Jesus with all. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Some college course work in Youth/Family Ministry. Experience: Previous family/youth ministry is generally preferred.
