Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience with adult and geriatric populations preferred. Ability to follow documented treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Client-specific requirement: must be able to split assignment between two nearby sites and travel between them as needed. Minimum 1 year of clinical PTA experience preferred.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30. Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts. Assignment Length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week. Candidate may be required to split time between two neighboring sites and float between those sites.

For longer trips, Springfield and the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library are roughly 45 minutes west by car, and Lake Decatur provides opportunities for boating and fishing within the city limits.
