Come for a JOB, stay for a CAREER. Housekeeping Supervisor Along with the Room Attendants, you have the unique opportunity to make a guest's stay memorable. The Housekeeping Supervisor will inspect the room before the guests arrive to ensure the room is the best it can be. This position will delegate any issues to the appropriate departments and act accordingly to remove the room from inventory. The housekeeping supervisor will also train room attendants to ensure the standards of cleanliness are met. Assign tasks, planning, providing all necessary training and handling customer requests. Responsibilities include: Meticulously inspect guest rooms to meet guest and brand standards. Train, Coach and Develop members of housekeeping team Ensure housekeeping tasks are assigned and completed in timely fashion. Assist in Laundry and Houseman duties, when necessary. Ability to Open and Close Housekeeping department. Communicate needs with MOD, when Housekeeping Manager is off property. Control and report lost and found items in a timely manner. Schedule appropriately with Housekeeping Manager Time management and Problem solving skills. Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs. Updating status of guest rooms to appropriate departments.
