Total Annual Compensation: Up to $116,000

• Base Salary: $82,000-$95,000
• Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000-$16,000 (paid monthly)
• The $82k$95k range applies to the Clinical Supervisor role (ideal for newer BCBAs), while the $90k$100k range is for the Senior Clinical Supervisor role (for BCBAs with 2+ years of experience).
