We are seeking a skilled Aerospace CNC Machinist to join our 2ND SHIFT precision manufacturing team.
Working with advanced CNC milling and lathe equipment, you will execute complete machine setups, edit programs, fine-tune tooling, and proactively troubleshoot operational or process issues to ensure optimal efficiency and continuous improvement.Contact Randstad today to confirm your interview!!

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machinery, milling, or lathe equipment following technical drawings and setup sheets.
- Translate customer engineering drawings and specifications into logical manufacturing steps.
- Inspect first-piece output, tools, and parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators) to meet strict aerospace standards.
- Edit programs, adjust tooling, and resolve machine or process issues to ensure continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and production planning teams.
