Qualifications\n- \n
- Valid and current state licensure in Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD). \n
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively connect and engage with clients. \n
- A strong foundation of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions. \n
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a diverse caseload. \n
While we welcome licensed therapists at all stages of their careers, experience in outpatient settings, particularly with teletherapy practices, will be beneficial. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, along with a commitment to continuing education, will support your transition into our team.
