Insight Global is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist for a full-service 180-bed facility located in south Tulsa, offers a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services utilizing cutting-edge technology in a welcoming community environment. As the only DNV Orthopedic Center of Excellence (OCE) in Oklahoma, they stand out for its exceptional orthopedic care. The hospital’s RN residency program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Practice Transition Accreditation Program and Pathway to Excellence, ensuring high-quality training for nurses. The clinical pharmacist optimizes patient care by providing appropriate, safe, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care including drug dispensing, IV admixture program, and providing drug information. Works under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy and/or the Pharmacy Operations Manager and will oversee the work of pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff. This is a decentralized position supporting med surg.
requirements
-B.S. or Pharm D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
-Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
-Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy.
-Other applicable state requirements – i.e. sterile compounding, etc.
-BLS & ALS/ACLS certification (BLS required within 90 days of hire; ALS/ACLS required for attending Code Blue).
