Role Description The Warehouse Worker is a part-time, on-site role based in Lenexa, KS. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving inbound shipments, unloading trucks, and organizing inventory in designated storage areas. The Warehouse Worker will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensure accurate labeling, and assist with staging outbound pallets to meet delivery schedules. Depending on qualifications, the role may involve safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks, as well as maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work environment. The position works closely with warehouse leadership and team members to meet productivity targets and uphold quality standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess core warehouse handling skills such as Shipping & Receiving and Packing to support daily order fulfillment. Candidates should possess material handling skills including Unloading and Pallet Jack operation for safe and efficient movement of goods. Candidates should possess equipment operation skills such as Forklift Operation, following all safety guidelines and company procedures. Ability to lift and move packages regularly, stand for extended periods, and follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality; prior warehouse or 3PL experience is beneficial.
