Project ManagerThe Commercialization Project Manager's primary role is to lead the execution of projects for branded and private label products through the Pilgrim's/JBS stage gate process. This person acts cross functionally to drive on time and on budget product launches critical to the business success of the company. This role bridges the gap between new product development (R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, Creative, Brand Marketing, and Category Marketing) and Operations (Supply Chain and Production Plants), ensuring successful commercial deployment across different functions and stakeholders.Responsibilities:Drive the development and execution of commercialization projects from concept to market launchAct as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Pilgrim's/JBS Stage Gate ProcessManage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to deliveryBuild and maintain detailed project plans, communication plans, timelines, risk trackers, and lessons learned for projectsTrack project milestones and KPIs, providing regular status updates to stakeholdersLead and coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, Creative, Brand Marketing, Category Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Supply ChainFacilitate effective communication between departments to ensure alignment on commercialization objectivesIdentify and communicate risks and issues with appropriate teams while providing recommended solutionsHelp continuously improve the commercialization processes and best practices.Other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Project Management, business, marketing, or similar experience preferred. Project Management certification is a strongly preferred.3-7 years of experience. Experience in Project Management, food manufacturing, and/or consumer packaged goods manufacturing industry is required.PM certification (PMP or other relevant certification) is strongly preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products. Must be confident, a strong problem solver, and work well under pressure.Must have proven interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written, and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.Must be able to engage with individuals across different levels of the organization and exercise sound judgement.Ability to be resourceful, insightful and possess strong analytical skills, strong project management skills, ability to build and maintain strong business relationships, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a desire to work hard, have fun, and embrace accountability.Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
