Location: Davenport, IA 
Job Type: Full-Time 
Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 base plus bonus potential

About the Opportunity 

A purpose‐driven, high‐volume restaurant concept in the Davenport market is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, lead teams on the floor, and help maintain strong service, food, and cultural standards in a fast‐paced environment. 

This concept is values‐based, operationally disciplined, and community‐focused, with a strong emphasis on hospitality, teamwork, and consistency. The Assistant General Manager is a visible leader during service, partners closely with the General Manager, and plays a key role in coaching managers and hourly team members. 

This opportunity is ideal for an AGM who enjoys hands‐on leadership, structured systems, and a clear path toward General Manager responsibility. 

What They’re Looking For 

• 3 to 6 years of restaurant leadership experience 
• Prior Assistant General Manager or Senior Manager experience preferred 
• Background in high‐volume, casual dining or fast‐casual environments 
• Strong floor presence with confident guest and team communication 
• Experience coaching managers and hourly team members 
• Comfort supporting scheduling, labor controls, and daily execution 
• Organized, steady leadership style under pressure 
• Alignment with values‐driven, team‐first culture 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support daily restaurant operations and lead floor shifts 
• Partner with the General Manager to reinforce standards and culture 
• Coach and develop managers and hourly team members 
• Ensure consistency in hospitality, food quality, and cleanliness 
• Assist with scheduling, labor controls, and operational execution 
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management 
• Step in as leader on duty as needed
