- Travel: Territory travel throughout a rural area within approximately 30 miles radius preferred
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: Entry-level: $45,000 base + uncapped commission; Experienced: up to $50,000 base + commission
- Incentives: Quarterly bonus opportunities, mileage reimbursement, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements
- Schedule & Location Support: Monday-Friday, full support from corporate training teams
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers within your territory
- Educate providers on respiratory, wound care, and diabetes management services
- Prospect and close new medical device and healthcare sales opportunities
- Conduct in-person visits and product presentations to grow market share
- Track sales activity and territory trends to optimize growth
- Build and strengthen internal and external relationships for sustained business development
- Support patient access to vital home medical services through business expansion
What You Need
- Required: High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license; ability to travel regionally
- Preferred: DME or medical sales experience; healthcare or medical device background; CRM experience; strong interpersonal skills; self-motivated with excellent communication
- Additional: Willingness to work independently in a developing market with a 3-6 month ramp-up
