About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Online Store Manager to take full ownership of our

Amazon Seller Central account and branded storefront. In this hands-on role, you will drive

revenue growth, optimize product visibility and conversions, manage inventory to prevent

stockouts or overstock, execute advertising campaigns, and maintain excellent account health.

This position is ideal for a proven Amazon expert who thrives in data-driven e-commerce, stays

current with Amazon policy changes, and excels at turning insights into actionable strategies to

scale sales profitably.

Key Responsibilities

 Own end-to-end management of the Amazon Seller Central account and Amazon Brand

Store / Custom Storefront, ensuring high performance across USA Marketplace.

 Create, optimize, and maintain product listings: write/revise SEO-optimized titles, bullet

points, descriptions, backend search terms, A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content, and

images/videos to maximize discoverability and conversion rates.

 Monitor and improve key Amazon performance metrics: account health, order defect

rate, late shipment rate, pre-fulfillment cancel rate, customer feedback, IP complaints,

suppressed/inactive listings, and policy compliance.

 Manage inventory planning and FBA/FBM operations: forecast demand, create

shipments, resolve stranded inventory, monitor inbound/outbound performance, minimize

storage fees, and coordinate with suppliers/warehouses.

 Develop and execute PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)

campaigns: keyword research, bid management, negative keywords, ACoS optimization,

and campaign scaling to achieve ROI targets.

 Analyze sales data, traffic reports, business reports, brand analytics, and search term

reports using Amazon tools (and third-party software like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or

Sellerboard) to identify growth opportunities, fix underperformers, and inform

pricing/promotion strategies.

 Launch and manage promotions, deals, coupons, Lightning Deals, and seasonal

campaigns to boost velocity and rankings.

 Handle customer service escalations, A-to-z Guarantee claims, returns, and negative

reviews to maintain strong seller ratings and protect brand reputation.

 Stay ahead of Amazon policy updates, algorithm changes, and best practices; implement

proactive fixes to avoid suspensions or restrictions.

 Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product development, supply chain, marketing)

and external vendors (photographers, copywriters, agencies) to ensure high-quality assets

and timely updates.

 Report weekly/monthly on KPIs: sales revenue, units sold, profit margins, advertising

spend/return, organic vs. paid traffic, conversion rate, and growth vs. targets.

Basic Qualifications (Experience Required)

 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts

(brand-registered preferred) with proven results in driving multi-million dollar annual

sales.

 Demonstrated success optimizing Amazon listings for SEO, improving Best Seller Rank,

reducing ACoS, and scaling revenue through PPC and organic strategies.

 Strong track record managing FBA inventory, avoiding long-term storage fees, and

maintaining healthy account metrics (ODR 1%, etc.).

 Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central tools, Advertising Console, Brand Analytics, and

at least one major third-party Amazon tool (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Viral Launch, etc.).

 Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to make decisions; comfortable with

Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and forecasting.

 Ability to work flexible hours to align with peak Amazon traffic, launches, and global

time zones if managing international marketplaces.

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience managing Amazon Brand Stores (custom storefronts) and A+

Premium/Enhanced Brand Content creation.

 Previous success launching new products or entering new Amazon

categories/marketplaces.

 Knowledge of Amazon international expansion (Canada, Mexico, Europe, etc.).

 Familiarity with Shopify/WooCommerce integration or multi-channel e-commerce

management.

 Certification or advanced training in Amazon advertising or seller tools.
