Camera and image-capture experience is strongly desired.
Software development is not the primary focus of this role. However, working knowledge of software interfaces, vendor SDKs/APIs, scripting, and prototype development is desirable to support system evaluation, troubleshooting, and proof-of-concept activities.
The successful candidate will possess an inventive spirit, strong technical curiosity, and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges. They will be motivated by the opportunity to transform ideas into practical, scalable solutions and will view technical obstacles not as roadblocks, but as opportunities for innovation.
Regular access to the Rochester NY or Orlando FL office and development labs will be required. Occasional domestic or international travel may be required. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
