What You’ll Do Prepare fresh ingredients for daily service, including chopping, slicing, portioning, and assembling Follow recipes and prep lists to support lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch service Maintain a clean, organized, and food‑safe prep area Assist line cooks and chefs as needed to keep service running smoothly Help with inventory rotation and proper food storage Bring consistency, attention to detail, and positive energy to the kitchen every shift What We’re Looking For Previous prep or kitchen experience preferred A passion for food and working with high‑quality, fresh ingredients Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Reliable, punctual, and ready to hustle Valid San Diego Food Handler's Card or the ability to get one right after hire with company support Flexible availability and the ability to work weekends and holidays Why You’ll Love It Here Competitive hourly pay plus tips Paid sick time after 90 days Flexible scheduling Discounts at all Eat, Drink and Sleep venues throughout California and Arizona Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) A gorgeous oceanfront kitchen setting Pay rate: $22.00 per hour plus tips.
