Global Business Development Manager

To develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth, the full-time Global Business Development Manager will manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and collaborate with global teams while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term business partnerships with key international clients, focusing on Director and VP levels Identify new revenue opportunities and ensure successful implementation of client-specific projects across the global network Act as the primary liaison between SGS and client management, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with client KPIs Required qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles within services and solutions environments Proven track record in new business acquisition and building long-term client relationships Experience in selling multi-service or solution-based offerings, ideally across diverse customer needs Established professional network within retailers and/or consumer brands in Europe Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
