RN - Supervisor

Assistant Director of Nursing

Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care and assess units with nurse managers. Communicate and assist with any necessary corrective action. Develop a record-keeping system to document medication errors and counseling.

Experience: Seven (7) years of experience is required, five (5) of which must be in a supervisory role. License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Must have MED/SURG experience; alternating weekends are required.
