Paralegal

The ideal candidate for this position has strong experience in family law, preparing legal documents, working with clients, and preparing the case and attorneys for trial. We are looking for our Champion! Responsibilities Ensure that all tasks are performed and deadlines met; keep the case on track and moving at all times. Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings such as petition packages with disclosures, requests for orders/motions, discovery (propound and respond), subpoenas, trial briefs, witness and exhibit lists, and judgments under the supervision of a lawyer. Communicate and work closely with clients to gather information and documents, and provide them with regular updates on their case. Be highly computer literate; work with Smokeball and manage multiple monitors. Track time spent accurately and diligently. Supervise and lead an assigned legal assistant. Uphold a zero‑tolerance policy for unprofessional behavior toward clients and employees. Qualifications 3+ years of family law service experience. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
