We are looking for a Medication Aide (MA) to assist in administering medications and support our residents in the memory care unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to caregiving.

Essential Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate medication records and ensure proper documentation
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines
• Take amazing care of our residents
• Work Experience:
• CPR certification
• Previous experience in memory care or a similar setting preferred
• Strong understanding of medication administration procedures and protocols
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds and bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach and sit for long periods
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
