EB Pediatric Resources is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with clients in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values collaboration, flexibility, and quality clinical care. We offer a competitive pay rate with access to benefits and a supportive work environment. Position is full-time but part-time is also considered.
Qualified applicant will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed, supervise RBTs and support high-quality service delivery, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers, participate in team meetings and contribute to program development, and ensure ethical, evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure
- 1–3 years of ABA experience (preferred)
- Experience supervising RBTs and leading clinical teams
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and client-centered care
