Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services in a clinic setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Deliver patient-centered care in alignment with clinic protocols and leadership direction
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Raintree EMR system
• Participate in evening clinic hours up to two days per week until 7:30 PM

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
• Proficiency with or ability to learn the Raintree EMR system
• Availability to work up to 2 evenings per week (until 7:30 PM)
• Must complete required pre-assignment compliance modules prior to first shift

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy or contract assignment experience
• Established outpatient orthopedic or general outpatient caseload management experience
