Full Time Field Service Technician – Richmond, VARobotics and Digital Solutions (RDS) Division of The Hillman Group has an opening for a Full Time Field Service Technician in the Richmond, VA area. You would begin your career with RDS as a Kiosk Technician training on key duplicating (Minute Key), tag engraving (Quick Tag) kiosks as well as 3rd party service (Eco-ATM, Pokémon).The territory consists of 70+ kiosks and number of hours per week is around 40. This is an hourly role based on experience ranging from $24 - $25 an hour. Company car will be provided along with cell-phone reimbursement and a corporate gas card for business miles.Benefits:World Class Benefit plans include Health, Dental, Life-, Short- and Long-term disability insurance as well as a 401k plan!Wellness ProgramEmployee Stock Purchase PlanVacation/Paid Time Off/Sick Days/Floating HolidaysEssential Job Functions*Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed (determined by demand at the machine, or schedule).Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to the machine when the machine goes out of order.New kiosk Installations or swap newer kiosks of machines in the local area.Monitor machines in territory daily for issues and contact stores to resolve connectivity or power issues.Keep track of inventory for re-stocking machines that are in Kiosk Tech's possession.Grow revenue in territory by optimizing machine locations, uptime, product mix, store relationships, etc.*This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Clean driving record is mandatory. May be exposed to cramped quarters, dust, fumes, or odors. Travel required daily. May have to drive 200 miles daily. Hand/eye coordination required.
