Tableau Developer / Tableau Analyst

Job Overview Seeking a candidate to develop new Tableau dashboards and manage, maintain, and enhance existing ones based on supervisory needs. The role includes meetings with internal clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment. Employment Type: Contract w2/1099/C2C Responsibilities Develop new Tableau dashboards and manage and improve existing ones per the supervisor’s requests, delivering high quality work on time. Attend necessary meetings with internal clients and stakeholders to collect input and seek feedback; present on dashboard drafts; take meeting notes and make next‑step action plans; document tasks and progress per the supervisor’s instructions. Coordinate with IT, Database team, GIS team, data source vendors, and other technical stakeholders to identify data sources, tables, and fields for dashboard creation. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. BA experience (Business Analytics). Basic knowledge of business systems analysis and Tableau dashboard development. Familiar with data analysis, data visualization, dashboard maintenance, and report development. Understanding of requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, technical documentation, process improvement, and workflow analysis. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
