Shift NOC Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. 12-hour shifts Job Summary Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dependable Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med/Surg unit in Tucson, Arizona. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care during overnight shifts. The RN will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to assess, plan, and implement patient care. Requirements Active RN License (Arizona or Compact State License preferred) Current BLS Certification ACLS Certification preferred Minimum of 1–2 years of recent Med/Surg experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg patients during overnight shifts Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes appropriately Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions Why Tucson, AZ Tucson offers a unique blend of desert beauty, rich culture, and outdoor adventure.
