Corporate & Finance Associate – Energy, Infrastructure & Projects (Miami) A leading international law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Associate (2–4 years PQE) to join its Energy, Infrastructure, and Finance practice in Miami. This role offers the chance to work on high-value M&A, finance, and technology-related transactions in the infrastructure, resources, and energy sectors. About The Role You will advise global clients on complex cross-border transactions, including project development, financings, acquisitions, and joint ventures, particularly across Latin America. The practice is known for its innovative deal structuring, international reach, and strong client relationships across energy, infrastructure, and technology markets. Key Responsibilities Support M&A and finance transactions in the energy, resources, and infrastructure sectors Draft and negotiate project agreements, corporate documents, and financing contracts Advise on cross-border investments, joint ventures, and technology transactions Collaborate closely with partners, senior associates, and clients on deal execution Mentor junior associates and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team Who You Are 2–4 years of experience in corporate M&A or finance at a top-tier firm (AmLaw 50 preferred) Strong academic background with excellent drafting and negotiation skills Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required Admission to the Florida Bar (or willingness to sit for the exam) Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative, international environment Compensation & Benefits Salary: $235,000 – $310,000 (DOE, market range for Miami mid-level associates) Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), parental leave, and wellness initiatives Opportunities for cross-border work and international client exposure #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Of: Professional Services
