Product Development Coordinator

Job Description Product Development Coordinator – Food Manufacturing Direct Hire | Torrance, CA | $65,000–$75,000 DOE Are you experienced in food manufacturing and enjoy coordinating new product launches, customer specifications, and food labeling? We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team and help bring new products from concept to production. Responsibilities Coordinate new product launches from customer specifications through production. Review and maintain product specifications, labels, and packaging. Ensure compliance with FDA food labeling and customer requirements. Work closely with Sales, R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Operations. Manage customer specification documents and product records. Support packaging updates, product changes, and new SKU launches. Maintain accurate product, ingredient, and nutritional data. Help ensure projects stay on schedule and products are production-ready. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing, product development, customer specifications, or regulatory compliance. Knowledge of FDA food labeling requirements. Experience with GMP, HACCP, or SQF is preferred. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field is preferred but not required. Why Join Us?
