The Role: Location: Arlington, TX 76012 Assignment duration: 182 days (2/3/2027 - 8/4/2027) Shift Type: Day 5x24-Hour (07:00 - 07:00) In House Call: 24-hour in-house call shifts (CNMs take first call). No office call responsibilities. Cases: Vaginal deliveries, Cesarean sections, Emergency obstetrical procedures Site Charting System: Epic Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Current Texas Medical License or willingness to obtain Clinical Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients in the Obstetric Emergency Department (OBED); manage unassigned OB/GYN patients; monitor labor and interpret fetal heart tracings; perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections; provide consults for pregnancy-related and gynecologic concerns; evaluate and treat postpartum patients; respond to obstetrical emergencies and participate in emergency drills and quality improvement initiatives.
