You will work under the guidance of our Chief Engineer to keep our guest rooms, mechanical systems, and iconic grounds beautifully functional.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)Proactive Care: Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on guest rooms, appliances, electrical setups, and plumbing.Grounds & Estate Upkeep: Maintain our beautiful coastal grounds, including weeding, mowing, pruning, debris clearing, and seasonal outdoor care.Troubleshooting: Address heating, ventilation, and general carpentry or fixture repairs promptly.Guest Service: Respond to guest maintenance calls with a friendly, helpful, and professional "can-do" attitude.Safety First: Ensure full compliance with safety policies, read chemical labels/SDS sheets, and safely operate equipment like power washers and mowers.What We're Looking For (Job Requirements)Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of general building maintenance experience or an equivalent trade background.
