Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Los Angeles County, CA. The Physical Therapist evaluates patients with orthopedic, sports, industrial, post-surgical, and age-related conditions, develops individualized treatment plans, and delivers hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, documenting findings and progress, educating patients and families on care plans and home exercise programs, and coordinating with referring providers and clinic staff to optimize outcomes. The role involves using modern equipment and evidence-based techniques, monitoring patient response, adjusting treatment as needed, and contributing to a positive, collaborative clinic environment. The Physical Therapist also supports quality improvement initiatives and may mentor students or assistants as appropriate. Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices to a variety of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. Demonstrated expertise in Rehabilitation, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training tailored to sports, industrial, post-operative, and age-related needs. Commitment to high-quality Patient Care, with excellent interpersonal skills, clear communication, and a patient-centered approach in a diverse outpatient setting. Ability to design and monitor effective Home Care programs, including home exercise plans and self-management strategies that support long-term recovery. Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date). Prefer prior outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience; new graduates with strong clinical rotations are also encouraged to apply.
