Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Provide safety training and education to employees, contractors, and visitors to promote awareness and adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate safety practices into daily operations and project planning. Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training sessions, and compliance documentation. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve safety standards. Act as the primary point of contact for safety‑related matters and liaise with regulatory agencies as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in a data center, construction, or industrial environment. Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and risk management practices. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proven experience in conducting safety training and developing safety programs. Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, ASP, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Proficiency in using safety management software and tools. Exceptional problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Day‑to‑Day Conduct safety walkthroughs and inspections of the data center to ensure compliance with safety standards. Facilitate safety training sessions and toolbox talks for employees and contractors. Review and update safety documentation, including risk assessments and emergency response plans. Investigate any reported safety incidents or near‑misses and prepare detailed reports. Collaborate with operations and project teams to address safety concerns and implement preventive measures. Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Communicate safety updates and initiatives to all stakeholders.
