Requirements Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a multi-unit residential setting. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Plumbing or electrical license preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent.
