If you love the outdoors, enjoy working with people, and want to make a difference in the lives of others, this is the place for you.

Nestled in the piney woods of East Texas, Allaso Ranch is a Christian camp and retreat center dedicated to creating transformative experiences for campers, guests, and staff. As a member of the Programs Team, you’ll help lead outdoor adventures and activities while being part of a supportive Christian community.

Patient, positive, and professional with a sense of fun
Comfortable working with children, teens, and adults
Passion for the outdoors and serving others
