Required Skills, Education and Certifications HHA, PCA, CNA, or equivalent certification (Preferred) Alzheimer's or Dementia experience (Plus) Empathy, compassion, and kindness (Must) Sound judgement and ability to remain calm in varied situations Reliable, dependable, and punctual Basic computer skills and overall technical savviness Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Background check clearance and references Drug‑screening clearance Driver’s License Must have a valid driver’s license to travel to specific assignments. Experience At least 18 years old and must provide proof of education and/or experience to accomplish the assigned tasks.
