Veterans Housing Stability Case Manager

Catholic Community Services of Western Washington

Catholic Community Services of Western Washington is seeking a Case Manager for the Veterans Services program across nine counties. You will manage a caseload in the Homeless Prevention/Rapid Re-housing initiative, conduct intakes, assess housing needs, and provide timely financial assistance to help families secure stable housing. Collaborate with the Veterans Program Manager, develop Housing Stability Plans, enter data into HMIS, and coordinate with VA and community resources to ensure timely, #J-18808-Ljbffr
