Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Nurse in Billings, Montana. This position involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license as a Registered Nurse in Montana, ASN (graduate from an accredited School of Nursing), BLS (American Heart Association), previous experience as a Registered Nurse preferred, zero years of experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree of Nursing, certifications appropriate for the unit or service such as ACLS, NRP, PALS, as appropriate
• Additional Information: The role requires nursing care delegation, documentation, health teaching, and health counseling. The nurse may be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications, and possibly be on-call during scheduled shifts.
