Full-Time Maintenance AssistantCareCore at Montgomery, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility, is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This position will support the Maintenance Director in ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.Responsibilities include:Assisting with general repairs and facility upkeepPerforming painting, plumbing, and minor electrical tasksAddressing resident maintenance requests in a timely and courteous mannerSupporting overall building safety and complianceQualifications:Previous maintenance experience preferredBasic knowledge of building systems and toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and problem-solving skillsBenefits:Health, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid vacation and sick timeSupportive, team-oriented work environmentIf you're looking for a rewarding opportunity in a welcoming and caring facility, we encourage you to apply today.
