Your Contributive Role

• Performing comprehensive evaluations for patients, ordering essential diagnostic tests, and devising tailored care pathways
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians or independently (per your credentials)
• Guiding patients and families through wellness, preventive care, and disease management practices
• Prescribing medications and therapies in alignment with your practice scope
• Engaging in patient follow-up and managing chronic care effectively
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, holistic patient care
• Ensuring meticulous documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Background

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Licenses and Certifications Required

• Current Nurse Practitioner license within California
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialization
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capability to obtain within 90 days)
