PrideStaff, a nationally recognized staffing firm, is currently seeking a Healthcare Billing Coordinator on behalf of a highly respected, established healthcare services organization.

In this role, you will be the administrative backbone of the financial department. We are looking for an organizational powerhouse who deeply understands the lifecycle of billing in a medical office, can oversee accounts, and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage and oversee the daily billing operations and workflows for a busy healthcare office environment
  
• Coordinate seamlessly with the outsourced medical coding team to ensure accurate and timely claim submissions
  
• Track accounts receivable, process incoming payments, and confidently follow up on outstanding balances
  
• Review patient accounts and service records for accuracy, investigating and resolving any billing discrepancies
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries, providing exceptional support and clear answers
  
• Maintain precise, organized financial records while ensuring strict compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience handling billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable within a medical office or healthcare setting
  
• A solid understanding of how medical billing operates, including general insurance workflows and the healthcare revenue cycle
  
• Exceptional organizational skills and an uncompromising attention to detail (this is critical to success in this role)
  
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently
  
• Strong computer proficiency, data entry skills, and the ability to navigate office software systems
  
• Excellent communication skills with a professional, problem-solving mindset

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.50 - $24.00
