Registered Nurse - PCU

Join a growing healthcare system at LifeBridge Health's Northwest Hospital as a Registered Nurse on our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The Progressive Care Unit is a cornerstone of acute patient care, managing 35+ patients with diverse needs including telemetry monitoring, complex cardiac procedures, and medical-surgical recovery. What You'll Do: Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care for patients with complex cardiac diagnoses Use critical thinking to assess patient status and respond with evidence-based interventions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes Participate in ongoing learning with access to clinical educators, in-services, and hands-on training Experience: Essential: Less than one year Requirements: Active Maryland RN license or Compact State license ADN or BSN required (BSN preferred) BLS required (AHA); ACLS preferred or must be obtained within 6 months of hire Previous PCU, telemetry, step-down, or med-surg experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply Pay Range: $37.15 to $57.58 Based On Experience Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting the first of the month after hire, plus wellness programs and mental health support 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, pension, and life and disability insurance Tuition reimbursement toward advanced degrees and specialty certifications Generous paid time off, fitness discounts, and free on-site parking About Northwest Hospital Northwest Hospital is a full-service community hospital in Baltimore County serving Randallstown, Pikesville, Owings Mills, and beyond.
