• Number of Beds: 18
• Number of Staff: Day Shift Need Nights
• Night Shift: 1 charge, 5 nurses, 1-2 techs
• Patient Ratios: 6:1
• Type of equipment: med/surg
• EMR: Meditech

Typical hiring profile:

• Skill Set: Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
• Must have: candidates without these skills will be considered for the role.
• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
• BLS
• Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• GYN/Onc experience and Urology experience
• Med/surg/post op experience
• Prior Meditech experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Post op assessments/care
• Post Prostatectomy care
• Post Hysterectomy care
• CBI Pain management including PCA s and Epidurals
• Foley catheter maintenance
