You will gain unusually broad exposure across management company operations, general partner economics, fund attributes, financial projections, expense oversight, market research, and special strategic initiatives — all while developing into a recognized internal expert on applying AI to the work of a sophisticated alternative investment platform. Your mandate is twofold: deliver excellence on the day‑to‑day, and continuously raise the bar on what's possible. Responsibilities AI & Automation Leadership — Serve as the team's hands‑on champion of artificial intelligence, identifying, prototyping, and deploying AI‑driven solutions across CABO's full operational footprint. Continuously scan the market for emerging tools, build reusable workflows and agents, and partner with leadership to convert recurring manual processes into intelligent, scalable systems that compound in value over time. Management Company Books & Records — Help safeguard the integrity of CABO's management company books and records with meticulous attention to detail, while progressively layering in AI‑assisted reconciliations, anomaly detection, and reporting to elevate both accuracy and speed. General Partner Books, Records & Deferred Schedules — Support the precise upkeep of CABO's GP books, records, and deferred compensation schedules, ensuring allocations and balances are reliably maintained and increasingly automated end‑to‑end. Long‑Range Projections & Financial Modeling — Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of CABO's five‑year projections and supporting models, partnering with leadership to keep assumptions current, stress‑test scenarios with AI‑augmented analysis, and surface forward‑looking insights that inform strategic decisions. Expense Oversight, T&E & Fund Expenses — Take ownership of supporting workstreams across T&E reporting, CABO funds expenses, and related expense reviews, building AI‑assisted classification, exception detection, and review tooling that drives both control and efficiency. Structuring & Project Management — Bring structure, cadence, and momentum to CABO's recurring and ad‑hoc workstreams. Build trackers, project‑manage deliverables, and leverage AI to accelerate documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communications. Market Research & Analytics — Conduct thoughtful market research and analytical work in support of CABO's business priorities, harnessing AI research and synthesis tools to compress cycle times and produce sharper, decision‑ready outputs. Fund Attributes & Data Integrity — Help maintain and continuously improve the quality of CABO funds attribute data, automating data hygiene, cross‑system consistency, and reporting wherever possible. Strategic & Special Projects — Provide agile, high‑quality support on project‑specific initiatives across CABO leadership's priorities, approaching every assignment with a builder's mindset: how can this be done better, faster, and smarter with AI? Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial services, consulting, or a related analytical role; strong internship experience considered. Demonstrable passion for and hands‑on fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, agentic platforms) and a track record — formal or self‑directed — of using them to solve real problems. Personal projects, automations, or AI‑built workflows are a strong plus. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; working familiarity with Python, scripting, or low‑code/no‑code automation platforms preferred. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel without compromising on detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the poise to engage senior stakeholders. Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information. Compensation The base salary for this position is expected to be between $90,000.00 and $130,000.00. The base salary offered to the chosen candidate will be commensurate with a candidate’s relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
