Job Summary Apply for Nanny at Kid Care in Sammamish, WA, US. This full‑time on‑site position offers great opportunities for career growth. The school’s out for the summer, and we need Nannies to provide care for children while their parents work, Monday through Friday during traditional working hours. Several positions are now available in the area, ranging from 20 to 40+ hours per week. Dates and Hours Summer 2025: Must be available for a minimum of 60 days, Monday–Friday, between May 19 and August 29, 2025. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate over 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule and opportunities to pick up assignments during school or other work breaks. Responsibilities Provide care for children of ages from infants to early elementary age in their homes. Never required to drive or transport children; only household duties involve clean‑up of activities and meals. Engage children with safety, hands‑on activities, and age‑appropriate development observations. Follow family guidelines and maintain child‑safety and health protocols, including CPR and first aid. Kindly provide reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for commute to assignments. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Minimum 1 year of childcare experience as babysitter, nanny, camp counselor, teacher or similar role. Willingness to work 3 days per week, Monday–Friday, 4‑9 hour shifts between 7am–7pm. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Provide three references: two child‑related (paid or unpaid) and one character reference. Enjoy working with children, engaging, creative and child‑focused. Good communication skills, friendly, and willing to play, read, do arts and crafts, and other fun activities.
