LPN Position at College Street Family Practice

Grace Health is searching for an LPN at College Street Family Practice! We offer competitive wages based on experience and up to 3 weeks of PTO in the first year!

Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Purpose and Basic Function

Responsible for assisting providers with direct patient care according to established standards and practices. Examples of Duties (This list is not all inclusive.)

1. Obtains accurate patient data
2. Documents in the medical record
3. Prepares exam rooms and procedure rooms
4. Assists provider during exams and procedures
5. Administers medications, per written order
6. Provides educational materials to patient/family
7. Provides explanation of lab results, diagnostic testing results and provider orders to patient/family
8. Assists with cleaning and stocking of exam rooms and suites
9. Performs CLIA waived testing
10. General office duties, as assigned

Requirements

1) Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Michigan 2) Current basic life support certification
