Help Desk Specialist

Salary: $41,600 - 49,920 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with 1–3 years of IT experience; MSP background is a plus.

• We handle incoming tickets on our Help Desk board and work toward prompt resolution.
• We troubleshoot issues across networking, Windows fundamentals, and cloud services such as Office 365.
• We contribute to documentation and process improvements so every client interaction reflects our service standards.
• We take part in internal meetings, ticket cleanup, and triage work, which accounts for about 15% of the role.
• We continue building our skills through certifications and ongoing training.
• We deliver highly responsive, high-quality technical support to our clients.
• We provide customer service at a consistently high level and work as engaged team players.
